What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For custom orders with your logo or branding, our MOQ starts at 50 sets. For standard Afinecell-branded blister packs without customization, we can accommodate smaller quantities.
What certifications do your batteries have?
All our batteries are manufactured by CCC-certified factories, complying with GB 31241-2022. Certificate number 2026010915866091, valid through May 12, 2031. UN38.3 and MSDS available upon request for export.
Can you put my company's logo on the batteries?
Absolutely. Four levels: (1) Logo print on battery body — MOQ 50; (2) OEM branding — MOQ 500; (3) Laser engraving on charging box — MOQ 50; (4) Full custom packaging — MOQ 100. Free 3D mockup included.
How many times can these batteries be recharged?
Over 1,000 full charge-discharge cycles. After 1,000 cycles, capacity remains ~70–80%. At one charge per week, that is nearly 20 years of practical use.
Why do batteries without Type-C ports have more capacity?
The Type-C port takes internal space. Without it (using the charging box instead), capacity increases ~20% — e.g. AA from ~2,200 mAh to ~2,600 mAh at the same size.
Are these batteries safe if left charging too long?
Yes. Built-in overcharge auto-stop, short-circuit protection, temperature monitoring, and constant 1.5V output. All hold mandatory CCC certification with rigorous abuse testing.
How long does production take after I approve the design?
Standard blister: 3–5 days; logo print: 5–7 days; charging box engraving: 7–10 days; full custom gift box: 10–15 business days. 3D mockups within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. From Hong Kong/Shenzhen we ship worldwide via air (5–10 days), sea (20–40 days), or express courier (3–5 days). UN38.3 documentation included for air freight.

What payment terms do you accept?
New customers: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. Bank wire (T/T), PayPal for smaller orders, L/C for large volume.
